very bad service and food

i visited the above spur restuarant on sunday afternoon 28th of January. I drove 2 hours with my family to have a nice lunch as we are regular patrons of Spur and used the high qaulity and standards of their food and service. we waited for an hour for our lunch and to our shock when the food was served to our table it was very bad first of all the order was not what we ordered, it was burnt, no onion rings and the hot chips was made in used oil and burnt. the did not even bother to bring the food i ordered for my kids And was forced to buy some where else after wasting more then a hour and half waiting for their food. The manager took our food and apologised but to my suprise i was billed for my meal.

this is the worst experience me and my family ever had at this Iconic restaurant Up untill today i only received an sms asking if i was happy with their service

Shows how much they care, and that is for a loyal patron who spent over R1000.00 at the resturant. be asured they will never see us there again.
