VERY BAD SERVICE AND FOOD

To whom this my concern,<br> <br> On Saturday morning 13/06/2015 my family and I went to mexico spur ( canal walk Cape town),<br> Where we experienced the most horrible spur ever. <br> Firstly- the waiter that helped us was so unfriendly she didn't even introduced her self<br> Secondly - the waiter whom we were assisted by had this awful smell on her sweat and alcohol it was horrible.<br> Thirdly - we waited 20 min for 3 coffees and almost an hour for our breakfast. Then to put the cherry on the cake the chips was cold our eggs waqsnt like we asked for we didn't receive our exstras we ordered, by the time we received it our breakfast was finished.<br> When we attend this matter to the manager all he said was he will look into this matter. I tried to get the managers name but he had no name badge on and walked away before I could asked him. <br> <br> I have been in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years according to me this is unacceptable.<br> <br> I would like to ask the owners to look into this matter. Ive been a regular customer to mexico spur but after Saturday i might not return there at all.<br>
