Very bad service

On saterday 28 March 2015 i went to spur for something to drink and eat. i was alone and requested a table in the smoking area. i was waiting a long time for a table. i do understand that they where very busy but when a got a table there where 2 tables open and it was clean. then i waited a long time for my waiter to get at my table. he then took my drink order, and after about 8 to 10 min received my drink. i was busy looking at the menu for something to eat. then he asked me if everything is fine, and i rep**** for now. so i waited and waited for him to come back. he did not come back to ask me if i want something to eat. all the other tables around me received good and quick service but not me. this is the first time this happened to me at spur. usually the service are very good. is it because i was alone and was not important to give me good service just like the other tables? not happy at all. i do not know the name of the waiter as he did not introduce himself and is name tag was not visible. i was sitting at a 4 seater table, the second one close to the bathrooms, in the smoking area. it was just after 14:00.
