VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>On Monday evening 3rd october 2016 I went to Mountain Creek Spur in Piketberg on arrival we saw it was busy but there were a few tables open inside and outside. We waited for nearly half an hour before a very rude and unfriendly waitress came to take us to a table where we sat for about 15minutes before she came to take our orders. She was very insulting when being asked questions, than we waited for more thaan hour and a half and enquired at the manager where is our food and how long we've been waiting. He was also rude and unfriendly and just came back to say that our order got messed up and were put last. We enetered Spur at 19:30 and received our 4 burgers at about 21:35. Nobody apologized and were even rude when we told them that after this bad service we actually had to pay half the price, than the waitress started making rude remarks infront of the manager who also did nothing</p>
