Very Bad Service

Hi<br> <br> I would just like to bring to your attention how my visit was to Ceres Spur steak ranches on the 28th December 2015. Just so that you know we love going to Spur as a family and don't eat small but after visiting this Spur it really left a bad taste in my mouth and might be looking at another family restaurant. So after a nice ride we decided to stop at Ceres Spur for some brunch what a bad mistake this was. We walk into spur and there is no one at the front desk and we could already feel this is a bad idea and the vibe was not good when walking in but going against this we still decide to have a eat there. We eventually got seated at a dirty table which was cleaned while we were sitting down. Our order was taken by a lady waitron don't know her name as she did not give it and had no badge. Almost 15minutes we waited for our drinks to arrive and when it arrived my draught was flat and I returned it. we then moved to the outside as it was to hot inside. im sorry but the waiter we got outside was a complete idiot as he could not even speak clearly to us(Train your waiters please). we ordered our food which also took about 20-30minutes and was delivered wrong and not presentable.
