Very bad service

I do not go to this spur. I am sitting across at cappucinnos, and saw to people standing in the queue. Old lady in a wheelchair and a man, perhaps her son, pushing her weelchair. Instead of waiting, the manager should have served them first and let them go in front of the others. This manager was standing outside complaining to the security instead of noticing them. This should be part of the values of spur, just basic manners.
