Very Bad food and services

My family decided to go to Little Creek Spur, Tokai. We ordered our drinks myself and husband ordered a Guava shake we normally order at Plumstead spur , we could hardly taste any Guav in the shake. We place our food order again myself and hubby ordered the same, The\ Hunger Buster Burger"We waited for our food over half hour my children had already finished there burgers and eventually ours arrived. I asked the waiter if they were short staffed and she said yes and apologized. On the eventual arrival of our burgers we started eating then I noticed my burger was very pink inside and called the manager who again apologized and took it back. She came back with only a single burger and I ordered a \""Hunger Buster Burger\""! The manager said she thought it was a single burger but Hello anybody can see it was a double burger? And as a manager if you are not sure check the order? It totally put me off my food and went home without having supper. I will never go back there!!! Lack of management skills"
