Verbal abuse from Manager

Hello Peter,

Let's start off that I am 6 months pregnant (high risk) and the manager that went off on me was fully aware of this detail. Now, my partner used to work for you at San Francisco Spur Steak Ranch and yes, he didn't leave on a good note, due to the following. Not long after he started there as a manager, he noticed that managers were *****ing. Now, he approached his supervisor and informed him as an honest man. Firstly, the situation was handled inappropriately because even after his request to not be named in the situation the manager in question sent us threatening whatsapps. (Which we have screenshots of and was provided to his supervisor after the fact.) It stated how he was going to make my partners life hell and so it started. From there things just got uncomfortable, I could tell that he no longer enjoyed working in that environment with lack of support from his supervisor in this situation. Long story short, he was approached by a manager at Panaroties and was excited to further is career. He then, yes making a poor choice handed in his immediate resignation at Spur. His supervisor then continued to phone Panaroties and shame him to the point were the offer was retracted.

I then proceeded to take the store keys back to San Francisco Spur Steak Ranch and was confronted by said supervisor, who infront of customers went off at me (aka not a Spur employee) about how my partner is a ***ard and he will ensure that my partner will never work in the Spur franchise again. He was rude and close to shouting. Again, I personally didn't do anything, what gives your manager the right to go off on me. Nothing. I walked out, close to tears and disappointed in the lack of respect and humanity that as displayed from him. I have always enjoyed taking my son to Spur but will no longer do so. My family and friends are just as appalled by your staffs inappropriate behavior towards a client.
