I bought a TRINITY ALPHA SMOK device on the 17th-MAY-2020 . I have been replacing the COILS more than 6 times and the JUICE PODS 2 times . I paid R 650.00 for a device that is giving me endless problems not joy . Even if I don't use the TRINITY it leaks it looks like a dam if I take the POD out to refill with flavour . With all the leaking i lost nearly 2 bottle's of 120ml juice and each juice was more than R 300.00 which i bought cash . When I asked the guy that sold the TRINITY to me he informed me that the unit carried a 3 month warranty which allows him to swop the COILS for me he can not under any circumstances swop the unit even for a cheaper one . When I contacted SMOK directly they informed me via email that all devices carrying a 6 month warranty and still no one offered to exchange my unit even for a cheaper one whatsoever . Instead I received a " 10% discount voucher " even though SMOK knows there are no retailer in NORTH WEST region close to KLERKSDORP and the voucher carry a dollar retail value which can only be used in united states not South Africa . I know now that the people who support your company means nothing your aftersales service is worth 0/10 as no one wants to assist me as a cash buyer .
