V@A waterfront

Highly disappointed with spur Santa ana at v & a waterfront. The food wasn’t just fine nothing mind blowing but the dessert set it off completely. Ordered a full waffle and it was rock hard from being toasted yet still remained raw inside somehow. I let the waitress who was serving me know but it made no difference they were rather in a hurry to close making me feel like I needed to rush through my meal. I also noticed that frequent customers (from the surrounding hotels) were being treated way better than I was. Wish it could be fair as we are all paying customers anyway.

Definitely wouldn’t try it again.
