Utterly dissappointed

Today i have experienced the true meaning of No Customer Service at Reno Spur bellville from the manager Mzi that was on duty @10:30am we sat down and ordered our regular for the past 4 years at the same spur my partner and I can not consume bacon and it was always substituted with something else no problem ,that i use to call customer service today Mzi the manager could not honour customer service my partner and I left the restaurant unhappy and he just didn't care am so disappointed i will never sit foot in that spur again and i will tell all my friends and family not to,my 4 years of amazing service by the old management group i will always remember but under this new management am sorry i wish you luck you will surely need it thank you for absolutely nothing this memory will stay with me as i will continue to spread this disgusting service i received by your new management Mzi.
