Utterly dissapointed

Took the wife and kids for lunch on Sunday at this branch, deciding to give them another chance after a previous stuff up, but they managed to stuff it up again. I ordered a 300 sirlion, meduim, when i got my food it was not a 300 gram sirlion, alot smaller and a thin piece, not what you use to make meduim steaks, as i cut it open it was well done, i sent it back and the manager <br> , Johan came and TOLD me, not asking me, that he is going to give a 300gram rump as its a better steak. Very quicly and effiecently within less than 5 minutes the new steak came. a rump steak that was in 2 pieces, one thick piece and one thin piece, ***, as I was hungry I started eating, the thin piece was WELL DONE, the thick piece was meduim, BUT IT SMELLED AND TASTED ASIF BURNED and had a gasflame taste to it. Also it had hard pieces of CHAR all over it, suppose it comes from their griddle. I sent it back with the waitress, a Junior manager came and just told me that they will take it of my bill. Fine!!!! i left hungry and had a burger at Macdonalds. arent you suppose to give a good customer experience? not nice being the only one at the table not eating. THAT SUCKS!!!!!
