Utterly dissapointed

I have never in my entire life met a more rude person than Charity the hostess at spur in westgate mall. I worked in a customer service environment for 7 years and i understand the pressure of busy periods. My family and i just wanted a nice evening out for my child's birthday and she has completely ruined our evening with her rude and abrupt behaviour. If you cannot be friendly or curtious dont work with people!!!!
