Upset Customer

I arrived at Spur Mookghopong today and my child went in to buy to Ice cream cones....came out with two cones upside down in two plastic cups. Realy I could not believe my eyes...I went in and forgot my phone to take a picture, went back for my phone and they refused to let me take a picture. Is this the way to sell cones to a customer ? There are no urgency and no service. Where are the manager ?
