upset client

we went to spur yesterday for my mum birthday. i then found a strand of hair on the crumbed chicken. they called the manager and he told us that its not hair but rather from the mushroom!!!!! what a load of lies. i told him i dont believe him but not that he cared. so disappointed!!!!! so disgusted!!!
