Untrained, illiterate management

On Sunday 9/02 /2020, I visited Silver Mountain Spur in Blue Route Mall Tokai. I was in the process of redeeming a wi-code voucher that was issued to me by my employer. These vouchers are redeemable for various products and I opted for a burger and chips meal at Spur. However, after requesting the meal, I was told that these vouchers were not accepted at Spur, to which I objected, as I already redeemed 1 in the past. After convincing the on duty manageress that it is legit, I was then told that it was a kiddies meal and I could not be helped because I was not a kid. How utterly humiliated I felt and decided to contact their customer service center to lay a complaint, only to be contacted by a customer service representative, apologising for the incident. No compensation whatsoever. Welcome to Spur Steak Ranches, people with a taste of life. Never ever again will I set foot in that establishment again.
