Unsatisfactory service at Spur Time Square

I visited Spur Time Square on Sunday 14/02/2021 and was totally disgusted at the service. Firstly, We got into the Restaurant and was completely ignored. We waited patiently for 20 minutes & eventually requested to see a Manager. The Manager (JP) assisted, apologies and seated us. That is were it ended, we ordered our food and was left unattended for the entire time. We did not even get sauces on our table OR anything to Drink. The food was also not made to the normal standard. We eventually paid our bill and alerted JP the Manager of our unsatisfactory service issue. He Promised to phone me on Monday & I am still waiting. Needless to say, this experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
