Unsatisfactory service

On Saturday I enjoyed a lovely lunch at spur in Vanderbjilpark. We also ordered a double cheese burger combo that comes with a drink for takeaway but sadly upon arriving at home in Sasolburg, the drink was not there. We were served by Teddy & although o have no negative comments he was a bit absent minded. If I had not reminded about the kiddies pack, we probably also would not have received it.

Its really fustrating to get home & realise your order, that you paid for , is incomplete. I'm not happy at all. If it wasn't such a drive, I would've gone back. It's unfortunate that I have reached out to Spur customer care but they have since said they'd get back to me.
