Unsatisfactory Food at Spur!

I’m at your Spur the branch in Kenilworth CT, I ordered Unreal breakfast with a top up of 2 beef sausages I specifically asked for soft scrambled eggs and I asked the waitress to bring the food and drinks together as I was with my 5 year old daughter , none of my requests for were granted and I asked that the food be HOT as I don’t like cold food. The following happened: - The eggs were hard - The food was cold - Top up was on seperate plate and only when requested was it put in the same plate - instead of 2 beef sausages I got 1 - Drinks came after the food Worst experience ever especially the food not so much the service. When we go to eat out which doesn’t happen all the time we expect good food to be served to us. I always visit your Bellville branch and the food there is GREAT!so I don’t understand why the difference. Must say very disappointed
