Unsatisfactory and pathetic service

My partner and I went for lunch to Spur Iowa (Soneike). Upon arrival we were quickly seated. The waiter who attended to us, swiftly took our drinks order which we received after 5 mins. Then we gave our food order, it took them more than 45 mins to bring our order that too after we asked what was the cause of delay. The food which came was cold. When we brought up the issue with shift manager she had an attitude and never once apologised. She took away the food with not informing us what to expect and what she is doing with it. After 5 mins we left our table and within the time we were at the front desk three different waiters came and apologised, but she never came and explained the situation. This incident happened on 1st January 2026 @ 2.30 pm
