Unprofessional service

We went to Takoda Spur on 24 September 2023 to enjoy a meal.

All the windows facing the sea, some were loose and leaking and all the other ones were leaking. They should have closed off the section completely. We were greeted very friendly by the staff.

After we ordered our food, our waitress Kayla came around once to enquire if we were okay in a joking manner and then disappeared.

We requested to speak to a manager as we waited for 45 minutes for our food, and as soon as the manager approached the food was brought by the waitress.

We received the second call from Takoda Spur on 27 September 2023 and after enquiring about the delay in the food delivery, the excuse was there were too many slips in the kitchen and the restaurant wasn't busy.

We have been to quite a few Spur restaurants and the overall service was equally exceptional and professional.
