Unprofessional service

On Saturday the 6th of June we went for breakfast at the local Spur. <br> As this was my youngest sons 2nd birthday we thought this will be a good way to start the day off, Wrong when the kids food arrived the meals were cold and look like something I would not feed my dogs. <br> <br> As this was a happy day I did not make a big deal as the kids only pick what they eat. Myself and my wife had to asked for butter from 2 different waiters as there were none with the food. <br> <br> I ordered coffee and again no sugar, I had to get up and asked for some sugar by the time the coffee was cold. After we (myself and my wife) still waited for our food to come (almost an hour ) I have decided to just get up and leave. <br> <br> I went to pay the bill and informed the manager that I was happy with the service to which his reply did not look to concerning to me. As we are regular customers (weekly) I notice the level of service is decreasing every time. <br> <br>
