Unprofessional Operator

Had a bad. very bad experience at the mosselbay spur branch. The operator Shanon Jafta is very unprofessional and need s to be remove from the branch. She is rude to her staff in from of customers and shouting at them rudely. My stake was not the way I wanted it and I called her and told her. Her response was then I need to go look for a other place where there I can find the proper steak. Shout at me rudely and told me I must leave there is people the appreciate HER food. Customers in the facility was also not happy with the way she spoke to me but she did not care. The shop next to spur also hear the shouting and before I could mention her name they ask me.. Isit Shannon? Shanon must go IMMEDIATELY!
