Unprofessional and *********** staff at Spur Centurion Mall

Good Day my name Lebogang Nkomo my family and and i decided to have lunch on the 4th of May 2019.The staff was very unprofessional and not properly trained at all,they got our orders wrong and the food arrived late and was cold .So my daughter went to play at the kids play area,when i heard her screaming Mama when she was being manhandled by an older boy in the play area and i rushed to see what had happened and there was a lady who is meant to look after the kids just stood there as my daughter was being manhandled. So my finance and i asked why did she not do anything to notify us or intervene she said its not her job.We later reported it to their superiors and nothing was done.
