Unpleasant service from Colorado Spur in Kathu

I had a very unpleasant experience with the Colorado spur in Kathu today. First I ordered delivery for two Natchos and two spur burgers then the delivery vehicle broke. I then went to pick up the food with no issues. When I got there I was surprised to see the spur was dirty at the front desk as well as a few tables and it was not even busy so no excuses there! Paid my food and went home. I got home to see there were only two natchos and no burgers. I think Spur Steak Ranches should review this branch because this is not the first time I have been let down by them and I doubt that I am the only one who feels this way.
