Unpleasant experience

From the entrance, the waitress did not lead me to the table. I found a table and a waitress brought menus.

My friends arrived and we switched tables. The waitress who assisted us did not seem trained enough to handle all 4 of us. She struggled to get the orders right.

My eggs were done incorrectly, not as requested. My cup of cappuccino was messy on the outside. The bacon of my 'Unreal Breakfast' was dry and too salty. The bread was brought in bulk and not included in each plate, a bit unpleasant honestly. It wasn't cut diagonally. The butter that came with the butter knives was too hard to apply to the bread. We had to request smooth butter.

The service can be improved and so can the food.
