Unpalatable Food

it was on a Sunday afternoon, when we decided to head out with the family for lunch.

When we got to Spur, we were advised on the Covid regulations, which was awesome. There wasn't much people in that restaurant, which was also great, meaning everything will come quicker.

When we were seated, there was a family behind us. 5 mins after receiving our beverages, the family behind us started complaining about the dirty cutlery, our waitress then brought ours, dirty too, so we decided to not complain as most of them were on that day, and wiped them ourselves.

We waited for our food for almost close to 45mins to an hour. Mind you there were only 5-6 families in that restaurant. Our food finally came, and it came before the family behind us, which we found there. They started asking where's theirs? As I took a bite of your onion rings?? I was disgusted! The oil used to fry the onion rings was old! When I ate the ribs, they tasted burnt! The griller used wasn't scrubbed, both my moms plate an mine tasted the same. Never in the history of me eating at one of your branches have I ever eaten such disgusting food. We couldn't even finish the food. Paid the bill and left, as soon as we left we made our waitress aware of the food.
