Unhappy with level of service

Good day,

I am so not pleased with the level of service that I received yesterday (15/03/2023) around 19:00 from one of the spur outlet which is situated in Wonderpark drive-thru. I went to get myself 12 wings which is what I budgeted for but to my surprise was told that they don't have 12 wings but only 8 or 16 which I couldn't understand why I couldn't get 12 and had to end up buying 12 then on top of that I presented my cellphone number for spur rewards but the cashier instead of capturing it on the system, she wrote it on a piece of paper and ended not processing it.
