Unhappy Customer"S"

<p>My collegues and i pre ordered telephonically specifically indicating we would like a table for five. We informed the person taking the call that we would be there at 12.30 pm . Upon arriving at Spur in Grove Street Claremont Cape Town we find out they had prepared take away meals, no table ..and cold food . The waiter assured my collegues and myself and i quote...'"the chips are still hot ''. Because this was our lunch time there was no time to dwardle etc...we left and had to sit somewher on the pavement and have a gobble and actually the chips and onion rings were hard and unbearable, that we actually tossed it in the bin. and not even a sachet of sauce. We can offer a call recording should you wish to do so.. This has been a total ruin of our entire lunchtime</p>
