Unhappy customer

I am shocked with the experience i had receive but both a manager called Andy from spur in Ottawa Branch which is in Cavendish square..

I came in and asked how long would i need to wait as i am on lunch which is only an hour and the waiter called Robin i think said 20 minutes which that 20 minutes went to more than 40 and when my food came it was dry and so plain which i was so frustrated as i was really hungry haven't etan the whole day mind due it was past 2.

I told the manager and he asked if he can make me another one which i advise how when my lunch is over now i will continue to work with an empty stomach..

I went to work and when i came at 5 after work again i had to wait a whole 20 minute even when i told the manager that i would came at 5..

I paid again for my order as i am not in it foe the free food but the gesture and remorse of waisting my time..

I am disgusted with how they operate and this is not the first time..
