Unhappy Customer

I walked into Spur canal walk at 16:00 was seated at a dirty table which they took about 3mins to come and clean after we were seated.

The waiter then came placed dirty place mats on the table I asked for clean place mats had to wait for that for over 10 mins the waiter comes to take our order he then says "I'm only taking food order you need to wait for your drinks" white people and the Africans gets served as they are seated and because I'm a coloured with my family I get judged by the colour of my skin and get bribed with free waffles for opening my mouth and when I said I'm not here for freebies as I will pay for my things he walked away.

When the food came 30mins later you could count the onion rings on my plate the chips looked like it was fried in burnt oil which my dogs won't even want to eat.

This was my first and last time at Spur Canal Walk from staff to management they are absolutely disgusting and have no etiquette what so ever.
