Unhappy client

I've got a Spur family card for over years now and always when I go to the restuarant I use my vouchers on the card and if it is my kid's birthday they use to get a free meal. This use to happen for more then 10 years, however to my surprise last week when we were at Spur they told me that there is no vouchers on my card and also my child does not qualify for a free meal. I was not very impress as I know I use to get benefits. The waiter confirms that there is a change in the cards and everything must be done on the app. I dont understand what happened to my voucher/s on the card and why my child did not qualify for a birthday meal.
