Unhappy about the Spur on the beach front in Gordons Bay

We as a family visited the Spur yesterday for breakfast, we just made it before 11:00. There weren't a lot of people inside the Spur but the service was very bad. We were 12 people who came for breakfast. After we were served i called the waiter to ask if we are allowed 1 or 2 slices of bread and he answered 2 slices. So i told him that i only got 1 slice and he promised to bring me the one slice. I waited so long for the 1 slice and called the manager as my breakfast got cold. The manager came and said he'll arrange for another plate which also took very long. When the manager came back he told me it will take a while as breakfast were done and they needed to drain the oil for the stuff they would want to make after the breakfast. I told him that we are about to leave and i was waiting for way too long. 1st i had to wait for another slice of bread and then i had to wait for the breakfast. That already left a bitter taste in my mouth which wasn't fair towards me. This is the Spur my family and i normally comes to when we visit Gordons bay and right now i dont feel very happy about the service.
