Unhappy

Ok I thought i was happy with miway but clearly i complemented them too soon. I have been waiting for my tv since Friday when claim was approved. I have to do my own follow ups with my own airtime and the stupid provider keeps making empty promises i even left work so i can wait for delivery but he still hasn’t showed up he has postponed to Thursday? I mean its been over a week without a tv how long does it take yo purchase a new tv and deliver coz huwane said he paid the provider last week already? I am very unhappy and am gonna cancel my insurance once and for all
