Unfair treatment of staff at Mexico Spur, Canal Walk

I'm very upset, because as I entered the Mexico Spur today, my favourite and in my opinion the best waitress got sent home, because she didn't have ground black pepper. I am disgusted at how the staff at this restaurant is treated. I'm not a ******, but I think this incident was exaggerated because the customer who asked for the black pepper was a very impatient white female. Now, I just want to know, if this was any other customer, would the waitress still have been sent home...all because she didn't have ground black pepper. Does Spur not have ground black pepper? I'm very sad and extremely disappointed. Bronwen Erasmus.
