Unfair treatment of employees

My review is not service related, but the way they treat there employees. My Daughter worked for Denver Spur in Pretoria. One of the managers came on to her and when she shut him down the head managers attitude change towards her. She was almost 2 months on training and was blocked to earn tips. When she was sick the manager send her a message that she is always sick and that she is not going to renew her contract so she gave notice. She signed her final settlement on 3 November 2025. It is now a month later and she has still not received her final salary. She did message the Manager without any reply. She did send a email to customer care. Till up to date no reply. I think this is bad management. Even the way the other waiters are treated.
