Unfair treatment of employees

I have no positive thing to say about some other spur ranches, specially the one located in carnival city. How you treat your staff is appalling. The staff is over worked , management is very poor worse waiters/waitresses work only on commission except for management. Some staff are not even paid, I mean more than Two months of working yet no income!!!! What ****ery...!! Yet they are over worked. Everyday a person wakes up, spend money from their own pocket, come to work with full dedication to their duties. I mean, work ridiculous hours....its insane!!!!This causes financial strain and bad impact not to mention significant stress and anxiety due to uncer*****y of income. But what do they get in return????? I feel the department of labour needs to intervene cause this is unfair on a high level...!!!! they have every right to report this matter to the CCMA....OR LABOUR COURT....!
