Unfair Treatment at Alaska Spur atlasville

Good day,

I would like to lay a complaint against Spur Alaska management.

They recently added a jumping trampoline area to the kids area which is good. I took my 10 year old and 6 year old there today and my 10 year old was denied entry in this area citing he is above the allowable age of which I understood and let it go.

A few minutes later on kids older than mine possibly 12 or even above were playing in the same area. I asked the attendants who said eish I can't talk to those ones let me ask my fellow attendant as they were 2. Nothing was done as those kids continued to play and more other kids joined them. I then asked the lady manager in front that how come my child who is younger was denied but there's older ones playing. She indicated yes from his age they are not allowed then I said to them what about the ones playing in there right now and she said eish am sorry they came with someone who is from head office. Can I just ask how do the rules work?

Am very disappointed as the very same employees for spur are supposed to lead by example and follow the rules regardless. My son stood there wishing to play there while the other kids were allowed.
