unfair labor/ dismal at Spur

I am a waiter at Wild Spear Spur and I have a few complaints about our operator, so I would like it if the head office would clarify a few things for me. Firstly we work unreasonable hours e.g morning shift is at 07:00 to 15:00 but with us that is not the case,our shift will end at 19:00 and we do not even get the chance to eat. *God forbid you get sick because you are told to bring a doctor's letter. If you bring a letter from the clinic it holds no ground with her, or by just calling her or manager about being sick don't even bother coming back or your shifts are just a joke. *Our personal lives have become work issues to a point where she uses it to insult us,on many occasions she has used it to call us out of our names,and also uses that to affect our shifts. *she does not speak to us as works but more like her slaves in fact she uses insults to address certain work matters,and we are always reminded of how stupid we are or how low our IQ is. *We are are always accused of one thing or the other,than you are told to write a statement before any form of hearing by Hr or head office in which we do not know what becomes of those statements.Things are forged to accuse you of theft and she will have one manager to back up her story and before you know it she will tell you to go home and she will call you and in not so many words you have to figure it out on you own that you no longer have a job. *We are told that go reviews are head office complaints and are used to send us out of work I could go on and on so much is happening and we are afraid to voice out how we feel because we are sure that no one will take our matter to heart,we are terrified of her to a point that whatever she says is ohk with us. We need to know that is meaningless to such a big corporation because it has been proven that no matter what we are replaceable and because most of us have just basic education then we are worthless? Most of us have families that depend on us and we have children who we need to take care of.

A lot of waiters have been dismissed with no explanations and are still waiting on that phone call that we all know will never be received. We do not know how the procedure works but we need your HELP. Even those who have been dismissed unfairly who are not working at the moment need your HELP. Our staff also go through the same treatment, on their part are the countless warnings they sign and money they pay for things they have no control over.
