Since the beginning of this year i chose to support cajun spur by buying takeaways and eating at their restaurant instead of what used to be my most prefered, Malibu spur which im now going back to because im never coming back to cajun.

I purchased ribs special last friday and i didnt care to check the slip or the machine as i didnt expect to be ******. I only see now on my bank statement that my bill was charged R10 extra, yes R10. Its a big deal to me because it was ****** from my bank account(charged without my consent). Im sure that if i stole something to the value of R10 from spur cajun it would be a big deal.

This R10 extra charged on bill was NO MISTAKE because your waitrons are ridiculously desperate for tips. Now can someone explain to me why on earth i should tip someone when im collecting take away? Or what is the purpose of a tip? When are we supposed to tip?

Your waitrons are professionals when in comes to creating awkward moments when we come to collect the takeaways at some point i wished there was a way i could just place order and pay online klaar to avaoid the uncomfortable situation they create.

Nowhere in restaurant do we get a slip in that leather cover and 2 sweets and a pen when coming to pay and collect take away but at spur. What is the pen for? Why am i expected to tip when i used my airtime to call in and place order? I thought that i should tip when i spent some time eating at the table and the waitron actually serving me.

This thing about your waitrons and pressurising us for a tip when collecting takeaway had been bothering us for a while,at first we thought its a joke but now that my R10 was ****** i see its serious and im leaving before i lose more than just a R10.

Even if i decide to ever come by cajun I WILL NEVER USE MY BANK CARD, who knows they might just cloan the card.

So do i call the police?
