Uneatable steak

Good day

I would like to express my feelings, we were at Spur in Parow last nite and the service was good as there was only a few people at the restaurant. we waited a while for the food to come and eventually it came but my steak was the worsted. I ordered the cheddamelt steak 300g with vegetables and my husband a jalepeno steak with chips. I wanted my steak medium to well not burned and also not with a lot of the baroque sauce. My steak was so full of the marinade and so hard to swallow i actually didnt want to eat anymore and gave it away to husband. Could you please adress this with the guys as there was so little people in the restuarant and still the food was not as requested and i have been looking forward to the steak for two weeks already only to get a uneatable steak which wasnt worth the effort.

The worse part we always come to Spur for the great taste and family feeling
