Ordered T-bone to be medium rare without basting.

Received T-bone grilled only on one side and still rare.

Complaints to waiter so-called unfriendly Manager fruitless.

Requests to see Owner resulted in no-show.

No offer to remedy, but the unfriendly and rude Manager top that.

have been to Eagle Ridge Spur many a time, NOT AGAIN...
