underdone chicken wings

I went to spur on 17/05/2015 at about 18:00pm.<br> I ordered the full portion of chicken wings. When the chicken wings arrived,I ate the first wing and saw that it was ****** still in the inside. I immediately lost my appetite and called the waiter. I told the waiter that I'm not going to pay for this chicken wings. The waiter said that he is going to call the manager. When the manager arrived, she only took off the chicken wings from my bill,without saying a word to me.She didn't even greet me.<br> I have taken photos of the ****** chicken wing.<br> <br> The least the manager could've done,was to apologise.
