Under weigh portions

On 17 April I and my family visited Spur at Canvendish Square(Claremont). I enquired by management of the weigh of their 400 g ribs as the portion on face value was very small given my vast experience of Spur that I frequent regularly. The manager then informed me that the ribs are delivered "Prepacked" by their service provider according to their weight. I have spoken to about 3 waiters at the restaurant who all confirmed Spur do their weighing. I also enquired by a work colleague of mine whose husband owns a Spur restaurant who confirmed the same as the waiters.

My son is a student at UCT's Roscom around the corner of Spur. I will not visit this Spur again. In fact I consider whether to visit any in future. Reeking up a bill for under weigh portion was definitely not worth value for money.
