UNBELIEVABLE

I was disappointed when i was told that i will not be credit with points when paying at Wichita Eastgate branch. I could not understand because when i went to the New Market branch (Alberton) was told that they will be able to access my profile using my mobile number. I thought your company has the same system for all branches. The waiter was excellent but just disappointed that i was credited with points for money spent.
