Unacceptable waiting period

Just experienced the worst ever waiting period at UTAH spur over lunch time. ordered 2 burgers (burger special) at 13h10, been told at 13h30 that our food is coming, walked out of there 13h50 with still no food served to us. This is completely unacceptable - for 2 burgers!!! Some people around us came in after us, had there food and left...while we were still waiting. Being told they are busy is really no excuse, it is lunch time, you run a special then you ensure enough kitchen staff to deliver the food. We have, like most people only 1 hour lunch break. Had no food and still had to rush back to work, hungry! Will not recommend this place to anyone, and will be posting on their FB page as well. And even worst, no one at front till to pay, as we wanted to pay for the 2 cokes we had, which in my opinion we should have not even paid for. Bad bad bad service ever!!
