Unacceptable Service from Waiter Vivienne at red mountain Spur - Paarl

On 3rd April 2016, we went to the Red Mountain Spur in Paarl. The waiter (name Vivienne) was so unprofessional. Whilst taking our order, she rushed us and didn't even take our drinks order o ask us, if we wanted chips, baked potatoe or rice. We also ordered a cheesy garlic roll for starters which never came. I had to call her back to to complete my order and tell her what drinks i wanted and which sides we wanted with our order. We waited about 30minutes for the food to be served and when the main meal came, i asked where the cheesy garlic roll starter was and she said she forgot to order it. When the bill came, she sent another waiter to deliver our bill to the table. I raised the matter with the Store Manager for the day and he asked me to report the incident in their book. I was told that someone from Spur would contact me about the incident and up until today, no one has contacted me. I left my details in their log book. (3 weeks later.) I am very disappointed and disgusted at the manner that Spur has handled this situation and i doubt i will ever visit any of their restuarants again.
