Unacceptable owner behaviour

<p>We came to enjoy a meal at our local Spur just before 18h00. Everything was fine until the owner walked in and started making all the staff nervous. He even went off at some of them right by our table where we were busy eating. Now from a Managerial background, this is very poor leadership and when I told him this on my way out, his response was, "**** it, you just worry about your meal"... My wife was with me.</p> <p>I would like the Western Cape head of Customer service to call me so that I can come through to Cape Town Head Office and discuss the matter. We are very loyal Spur customers and this behavour from someone with your uniform on, brings the company name into disrepute.</p>
