Unable to retrieve point family card
<p>ive had this card for 3 years and now that I want to retrieve the points for vouchers I am told to call head office as the card is not registered. By the way the card is registered online and all. But cannot use it at any spur.</p>

Thank you for your feedback. For safety reasons, your vouchers were not available on your card because the card was "unregistered" in that we did not have any information about who owned the card. Since we now have your name and contact information, the card is active and your vouchers will download within the next 72 hours.
