Un explained stuff in our food

We have found things in our food that was unexplained and we enquired they gave us attitude instead of helping us and explaning what that thing was they just gave us attide and became rude so i wonder if this is how spur traines its managers to treat customers its not like we where not going to pay but we at least deserve an explanation about what we are eating
